Zusammenfassung:	A phenylenediamine compound is shown by a formula 1, Ar being shown as a formula 2, wherein * represents the position where a group shown by the formula 2 is bonded with two -NH2 of the formula 1; R1s are independent to each other and are hydrogen atoms or univalent substituents other than primary amino groups; X1 is a bivalent linking group; R2 is a bivalent linking group containing a benzene ring or a cyclohexane ring, wherein hydrogen of the benzene ring or cyclohexane ring can be substituted by C1-C3 alkyl, F, C1, -OH, or -CH independently; X2 and X3 are both C1-C3 linear-hain alkylene; and R3 is a univalent substituent containing a benzene ring or a cyclohexane ring, wherein hydrogen of the benzene ring or cyclohexane ring can be substituted by C1-C3 alkyl, F, C1, -OH, or -CH independently.
