Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-autoclaved PHC (Pre-stressed High-strength Concrete) tubular pile suitable for a corrosive environment. The concrete comprises the following raw materials: a water reducer, a cementitious material, water and gravel, wherein the water reducer is a polycarboxylate water reducer, the cementitious material is Portland cement and an admixture, the usage of the cementitious material is 440-520kg/m and the usage of the admixture accounts for 32%-48% of total mass of the cementitious material; and the water-binder ratio is 0.18-0.23. The curing time of the tubular pile belt die is 8-9 hours. The 1d compressive strength of the tubular pile concrete is above 80MPa, 5d compressive strength is above 90MPa, 28d electric quantity is less than 150C, the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion is less than 1.0*10m /s, the sulfate-resistant level reaches KS150 requirement, the antifreeze level reaches F400 requirement and the non-autoclaved PHC tubular pile has fracture self-healing capability. The non-autoclaved PHC tubular pile disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good durability and fracture self-healing capability and is suitable for the corrosive environment. |
