Automatic discharging conveyer and discharging conveying method

The invention discloses an automatic discharging conveyer. The automatic discharging conveyer comprises a reciprocating mechanism, mechanical arms, lifting mechanisms, a turnover clamping mechanism and a horizontal conveying mechanism, wherein the reciprocating mechanism is used for carrying out horizontal reciprocating motion between a machining position and a plate discharging position, the mechanical arms are used for grabbing a vertical article to be taken when the reciprocating mechanism moves to the machining position, the turnover clamping mechanism is used for clamping the article to be taken which is loosened by the mechanical arms when the reciprocating mechanism moves to the plate discharging position, and overturns around a shaft when the lifting mechanisms descend to a secondary high position so that the article to be taken can turn over from the vertical state to the horizontal state, and the horizontal conveying mechanism is used for receiving and conveying the article to be taken which falls off from the turnover clamping mechanism. The embodiment of the invention further provides a corresponding method. According to the technical scheme, in a discharging conveying technology through which the article to be taken needs to be turned over, a mechanical automation technology is used for replacing existing manual operation, labor intensity is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
