Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ship rudder, propeller and shaft installation all-in-one machine. The ship rudder, propeller and shaft installation all-in-one machine comprises a traveling mechanism used for driving the all-in-one machine to move. A main platform is arranged on the traveling mechanism and comprises a bottom frame and an inclined ladder located at the tail of the bottom frame, horizontally-moving mechanisms are arranged at the four corners of the bottom frame respectively, stand columns are arranged on the horizontally-moving mechanisms, lifting oil cylinders used for lifting the main platform are arranged in the stand columns, an adjustment platform where rudder blades are placed is arranged on the bottom frame, a rudder blade installation frame is arranged at the portion, located on the two sides of the adjustment platform, above the bottom frame, and a detachable propeller installation frame is arranged at the front end of the traveling mechanism. According to the ship rudder, propeller and shaft installation all-in-one machine, a longitudinally-advancing-and-retreating installation platform cart is designed according to existing slipway rails of a slipway, and the problem that in-place installation of a propeller is obstructed due to the fact that the propeller is possibly collided with a rudder horn during propeller installation cart advancing is solved. When the rudder blades are installed through the ship rudder, propeller and shaft installation all-in-one machine, free adjustment in six dimensionalities is achieved, the rudder and propeller installation frame hoisting and disassembling processes are omitted, efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced. |
