Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a holding device (300) for the connection of a stabilizer or a stabilizer rod (275) to a spring traveller assembly (282), comprising an inner sleeve (310) encompassing the spring traveller assembly (282), and an outer sleeve (320) surrounded by the inner sleeve (310) and having a fastening portion (325) for the connection of the stabilizer or of the stabilizer rod (275). The inner sleeve (310) and the outer sleeve (320) are designed to have spherical cap-shaped portions (311, 321) interlocking and extending over the entire circumference, in order to achieve rotational compensating movements between the outer sleeve (320) and the inner sleeve (310). The invention further relates to a wheel suspension rack for a motor vehicle, comprising at least one such holding device (300).
