Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of PE large-caliber adhesive insulating pipes. The production method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (A) PE particles are added in a main machine and a hopper of a gluing machine, and are heated up to 200 DEG C by an extruder; (B) the PE particles are plastified and extruded by the main machine, and pass through a mold to form sheets with tables; (C) the sheets are cooled and shaped through filling water in a shaping mold, and are cooled after being dipped in a water tank; (D) the sheets are towed by a traction roller, and are coated with layers of high-temperature PE melts in the place of thin-walled tables when passing through the gluing machine; (E) concave tables on the two surfaces are bonded and wound by a winding machine, are pressed by a pressure roller, and rotate along the spiral line to form pipes; and (F) after the fixed-length cutting is performed for the pipes by a cutter, finished products are produced; and because of the specification difference of the insulating pipes, the diameters, the wall thicknesses and the winding pitches are also different. The production method is skilful and unique in structure, can produce the large-caliber pipes, failed to be produced by other processes, by small-specification conventional equipment, has the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, insulating property, no poison and environmental protection, and belongs to energy-conservation and environmental-protection type new high-tech products. |
