The invention relates to the field of a steelmaking technology, and discloses a mobile weighing and sizing platform for a casting blank of a continuous casting machine. The mobile weighing and sizing platform comprises two portal frames, a weighing hook assembly, a lifting driving unit and a sizing system, wherein the two portal frames are oppositely arranged in an ejection direction of the continuous casting machine, the weighing hook assembly is simultaneously arranged on the cross beams of the two portal frames, the lifting drive unit is used for driving the weighing hook assembly to move up and down and the sizing system is used for sizing the length of the casting blank in accordance with the weight of the casting blank weighed in accordance with the weighing hook assembly; the two portal frames comprise a fixed portal frame and a movable portal frame, wherein the fixed portal frame is fixed on the ground, the lower ends of the two side uprights of the movable portable frame are provided with driving wheels, a drive support cast with a set length is cast on the ground in a moving direction of the movable portal frame and moves along the drive support to and fro to drive the movable portal frame to do a reciprocating motion corresponding to the fixed portal frame. According to the mobile weighing and sizing platform provided by the invention, a space between the two portal frames can be conveniently adjusted, so as to weigh the cast blank on line conveniently.
