According to the external sulfanilamide drug which is prepared from the sulfanilamide drug composition dissolved into the alkaline solution or the acid solution, so that the bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects of the external sulfanilamide drug can be significantly enhanced; bacteria of generating bromhidrosis and foot odour can be quickly killed; and growth of the bacteria is facilitated.
