Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, particularly to cultivating substrate and a preparation method thereof and a ginseng planting method. The cultivating substrate comprises a substrate, a fertilizer and an organic material, wherein the organic material is obtained by anaerobic fermentation, disinfection and drying of waste bacteria sticks, quick lime and microorganisms. The cultivating substrate provided by the invention can be used for effectively preventing soil-borne diseases and effectively preventing soil from being hardened, the air permeability, the water permeability, the water retention and the fertilizer preserving performance are high, and the yield of crops is ensured.
