The telemeasuring information collecting and distributing client terminal stores telemeasuring information in the subsystem telemeasuring database and sends the telemeasuring information to the telemeasuring information collecting and distributing transit terminal. The telemeasuring information collecting and distributing transit terminal stores the received telemeasuring information transparently and sends the telemeasuring information to the telemeasuring information collecting and distributing service terminal.
