Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an engine electric control system component function testing system which comprises a draw-bar box. A detection panel is fixed into the draw-bar box. A compression air pump, an electronic control unit (ECU), a power line spigot connected with the electronic control unit (ECU), a 220V power supply switch, a 24V power supply switch, a potential knob, an EPR system interface, a low-pressure electromagnetic valve interface, a waste gas control valve interface, an electronic throttle valve interface, an oxygen concentration sensor interface, a DEPR system interface and an OBD system interface are distributed on the detection panel. The OBD system interface is externally connected with a PC terminal through a CAN communication diagnosis harness. The method includes the step that a static simulated engine dynamically detects input and output of an engine electric control unit component. The system and the method have the advantages that operation environment of an electric control unit is simulated through combination of software and hardware, the operating state of the electric control unit is monitored through the software so that whether the electric control unit breaks down can be judged, the structure is simple, cost is low, moving is flexible and operation is convenient to carry out. |
