Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a repairing method of a low temperature tank heat insulation layer. The method is characterized in that the heat insulation layer is repaired by adopting an ultralow temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive. The developed ultralow temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive is used in a quick repairing method of the damaged heat insulation layer of the low temperature storage of a new generation carrier rocket. The method has the advantages of no need of a solvent, no need of onsite preparation of the adhesive, clean field, simple construction, and high bonding strength of the pressure sensitive adhesive at an ultralow temperature; and the ultralow temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive has the advantages of no solvent, low curing temperature, short curing time, and no influences on the performances of the heat insulation layer and environmental protection of the curing process.
