Rare earth complex rubber aging inhibitor as well as preparation method and applications thereof

The invention provides a rare earth complex rubber aging inhibitor, which is prepared by complexing rare earth ions and N-aminodiphenylamine organic ligand. A preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding rare earth oxide into concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring and dissolving, heating and removing excessive concentrated hydrochloric acid and water, and drying for 12 hours at constant temperature of 60 DEG C to obtain rare earth chloride; and (2) respectively dissolving the weighed ligand and rare earth chloride into an organic solvent according to the mole ratio of (1-5):1, then dropwise adding the dissolved rare earth chloride solution into corresponding ligand solution, reacting for 0.5-1 hour in 30-40DEG C water bath, removing excessive organic solvent after the reaction is completed, performing vacuum drying to constant weight, grinding and sieving to obtain a rare earth complex. The rare earth complex rubber aging inhibitor has the beneficial effects that rare earth is added to form a complex as an aging inhibitor, and the aging inhibition effect is superior to the aging inhibitor without addition of rare earth.
