Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a pipeline flexible foamed plastic pasting method and a pipeline. The pipeline flexible foamed plastic pasting method comprises the following steps: making a precast flexible foamed plastic block with an ultralow temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive; making a pipeline with the ultralow temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive; and pasting the precast flexible foamed plastic block to a corresponding position of the pipeline, and compacting. The pipeline flexible foamed plastic pasting method and the pipeline satisfy requirements of onsite construction, instant use after instant coating, construction of the foamed plastic pasting at -20-50DEG C, and ultralow temperature resistance of new generation carrier rocket low-temperature pipeline pasting flexible foamed plastics.
