Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an infant tooth-grinding rod containing soybean lecithin. The infant tooth-grinding rod is characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight percent: 70%-85% of wheat flour, 5%-10% of water, 2%-5% of soybean lecithin and 3%-8% of seaweed oil. A preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the wheat flour with water in proportion and putting into a dough maker; uniformly stirring the soybean lecithin and the seaweed oil at 40 DEG C, putting into the dough maker and mixing; after uniformly stirring, forming by using a forming machine, conveying to an oven by using a crawler belt and baking; lastly, forming the infant tooth-grinding rod containing the soybean lecithin. No flavoring agent is added to the infant tooth-grinding rod containing the soybean lecithin; the safety is high; the production technique is advanced and simple; the infant tooth-grinding rod has the functions of preventing decayed tooth, promoting intelligence and promoting brain development and is fit for the infant requiring tooth grinding.
