By means of the technical scheme, the neighbor cell mobile data processing method and system can be applied to mobile data processing of neighbor cells adopting the same communication mode and can be also applied to mobile data processing of neighbor cells adopting different communication modes, manual intervention is not needed, the probability of manual operation errors of operators and maintainers is reduced, and the requirement for automatic operation and maintenance is met.
