The invention provides a neighbor cell mobile data processing method and system. The neighbor cell mobile data processing method comprises the steps of obtaining key attribute information and geographical location information of all cells in a predetermined area; automatically looking up cells having neighboring relations with a certain cell required to be adjusted when certain attribute information of the cell of all cells is required to be adjusted; correspondingly modifying parameter information associated with the key attribute information of the cell required to be adjusted, in the cells having neighboring relations with the cell required to be adjusted and completing neighbor cell mobile data processing. By means of the technical scheme, the neighbor cell mobile data processing method and system can be applied to mobile data processing of neighbor cells adopting the same communication mode and can be also applied to mobile data processing of neighbor cells adopting different communication modes, manual intervention is not needed, the probability of manual operation errors of operators and maintainers is reduced, and the requirement for automatic operation and maintenance is met.
