The invention discloses a motor end cover and a motor provided with the motor end cover. The motor end cover comprises an outer circle body and a bearing seat. The outer circle body is an integrated extension piece. A cavity with an open bottom is defined in the outer circle body. The bearing seat is arranged on the top wall of the cavity, and a bearing cavity communicated with the cavity is defined in the bearing seat. The bearing seat is a die-cast piece or an injection-molded piece. According to the motor end cover, the accuracy of the motor end cover can be effectively improved, and meanwhile the strength of the motor end cover can be improved; a motor stator and all components in the motor are protected; the bearing seat is good in plasticity, so that the assembly clearance between a bearing and the bearing cavity is small; since the accuracy is improved, the service life of the motor is prolonged, and meanwhile the cost of the motor end cover is lowered.
