Zusammenfassung:	A pixel structure of a display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a first pixel electrode, an insulation layer, a second pixel electrode and a common electrode. The first electrode is provided with a plurality of alignment areas. The second substrate is arranged facing the first substrate. The first pixel electrode is a patternized electrode including a plurality of branch electrodes disposed in the alignment area. The insulation layer is arranged between the first pixel electrode and the liquid crystal layer. The second pixel electrode is a patternized electrode arranged in at least one boundary of the alignment area. The common electrode is disposed on the second substrate. By using the pixel structure of the display panel, irregular arrangement of liquid crystal molecular can be eliminated and dark fringe can be avoided and penetration rate can be increased.
