Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a thin-gauge X80 pipeline steel. The thin-gauge X80 pipeline steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.05-0.08% of C, 0.10-0.30% of Si, 1.30-1.70% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.010% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, 0.020-0.060% of Nb, 0.006-0.020% of Ti, 0.10-0.30 % of Ni, 0.10-0.30% of Cr, 0.010-0.050% of Al and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The manufacturing method of the pipeline steel comprises a smelting process and a rolling process, wherein the rolling process adopts a hot continuous rolling mode; based on the temperature drop rule during the rolling process, the thin-gauge X80 pipeline steel which is simple in components and has excellent low-temperature properties and a thickness of 10-20mm can be obtained and mechanical properties of the thin-gauge X80 pipeline steel can meet requirements of the API5LX80 standard. The manufacturing method has the advantages of simple flow, stable process, large technology window and low cost.
