Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for smelting cryogenic 9 Ni steel by electric furnace oxidation. The cryogenic 9 Ni steel specifically comprises the following components in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 0.08% of C, 0.13-0.28% of Si, 0.50-0.80% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.010% of P, less than or equal to 0.003% of S, 9.00-9.50% of Ni, 0.05-0.09% of Mo, 0.020-0.050% of Al, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The smelting process comprises the steps of feeding furnace charges and a nickel plate into an electric furnace; carrying out power transmission on the electric furnace so as to melt the materials in the electric furnace; blowing oxygen; carrying out slag making for dephosphorization and warming for decarbonization; measuring the temperature of the tail oxidation period, and taking samples; and carrying out steel tapping by using an EBT (electron-beam technique). |
