Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a porous composite material containing a NaA zeolite molecular sieve and a preparation method thereof. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding water and one or more of dispersing agent, pore-enlarging agent, assistant and adhesive into a spent catalyst and kaolin, stirring uniformly to obtain a slurry, forming by strip extrusion, balling, pelleting or spray drying, and roasting the formed material at 700-1000 DEG C for 0.5-5 hours to obtain a roasted material; adding water to the roasted material, regulating the end pH value to 3.0-5.0 with acid, reacting at 30-90 DEG C for 10-60 minutes, filtering out the mother solution, washing with water, and filtering to obtain a modifying material; and adding alkali liquor and/or sodium silicate and water into the modifying material, adding into a crystallization reaction kettle, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization at 70-110 DEG C for 2-12 hours, filtering out the mother solution, washing the filter material with deionized water, filtering, and drying the filter material to obtain the target product. The method is low in preparation cost, and can implement high-efficiency recovery and reutilization of solid waste. The product has the advantages of high zeolite molecular sieve content and high adsorption capacity. |
