The invention discloses a trimming system of package materials to be wound on a drum and belongs to the technical field of production equipment of packaging materials. The trimming system comprises an unwinding portion (8), a correcting and positioning portion (7) and a trimming and winding portion (6). The unwinding portion (8) comprises a to-be-trimmed packaging material drum (8a). The correcting and positioning portion (7) comprises a correcting and positioning device (7a) and device transition rolls. The trimming and winding portion (6) comprises packaging material winding rolls (6a), device transition rolls and a lace cutting unit (6b). Packaging material (6c) is subjected to lace cutting after a sequential process including an unwinding step, a correcting and positioning step and a trimming and winding step. The problem that the traditional linear trimming equipment fails to cut patterns and to allow drum winding is solved; winding the packaging products requiring characteristic patterned trimmed edges by the drum is achieved; efficiency of following packaging is improved; especially, the advantages of the system are embodied in the technical field of production of cigarette packaging materials.
