An automatic reaming machine comprises an automatic workpiece loading mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a drilling machine and a discharging mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a bottom plate, a workpiece blocking plate, a workpiece pushing plate, a push air cylinder, a workpiece supporting plate, a workpiece supporting air cylinder, a workpiece pressing plate, a workpiece pressing air cylinder, a workpiece pushing track, a conveying mechanism and the like. A workpiece supporting plate opening is formed in the bottom plate. A discharging opening is formed in a machine tool body. The discharging mechanism is arranged on the discharging opening. The workpiece pushing track is arranged on the bottom plate. The conveying mechanism is in butt joint with a workpiece feeding opening and the automatic workpiece loading mechanism to convey workpieces into the workpiece pushing track. The workpiece supporting air cylinder and the pushing air cylinder push the workpiece supporting plate and the workpiece pushing plate to conduct reciprocating motion, the workpiece blocking plate is fixed to one end of the workpiece pushing track to fix and position the workpieces in cooperation with the workpiece pushing plate, the workpiece pressing air cylinder pushes the workpiece pressing plate to move up and down, the workpieces can be pressed in the vertical direction, precise positioning of the workpieces can be better achieved through the automatic reaming machine, automatic reaming is achieved, efficiency is improved while yield of workpiece machining is increased, and the structure is simple.
