Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for recovering residual coke from indium volatilization kiln water-quenched slag. The method comprises the following steps of feeding water-quenched slag to a high-position large hopper by a forklift, feeding the water-quenched slag in the high-position large hopper to a vibration feeder, carrying out feeding rate control by the vibration feeder, feeding the water-quenched slag into a combined crusher, carrying out crushing to obtain crushed water-quenched slag having particle sizes of 2-10mm, transferring the crushed water-quenched slag to a slurrying tank, carrying out slurrying to obtain ore slurry, carrying out magnetic separation by a wet-type permanent magnet drum magnetic separator, feeding the magnetic material to an iron slag stocking place by a belt, feeding the non-magnetic materials mainly comprising coke to a vibrating screen by a belt, carrying out screening, feeding the fine material to a temporary stocking place, and feeding the coarse grain material to a residual coke stacking place. The method provided by the invention solves the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the conventional indium volatilization kiln water-quenched slag treatment method, improves a residual coke recovery rate and improves a resource utilization rate. |
