Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an MVR evaporator and an evaporation method. The MVR evaporator comprises a separator, a heater, a steam separator, a compressor, a first preheater and a second preheater, wherein the refrigerant outlet of the first preheater is connected with the refrigerant inlet of the second preheater; the refrigerant outlet of the second preheater is connected with the raw material inlet of the separator; the circulation liquid outlet of the separator is connected with the refrigerant inlet of the heater; the refrigerant outlet of the heater is connected with the circulation liquid inlet of the separator; the steam outlet of the separator is connected with the steam inlet of the compressor; the steam outlet of the compressor is connected with the heating medium inlet of the heater; the heating medium outlet of the heater is connected with the inlet of the steam separator; the steam outlet of the steam separator is connected with the heating medium inlet of the second preheater; the liquid outlet of the steam separator is connected with the heating medium inlet of the first preheater. By adopting the MVR evaporator, the waste heat can be effectively recycled, the secondary steam can be sufficiently utilized, and the purpose of energy conservation is achieved.
