Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a new function of influences of genes and protein of autophagy-related genes ATG10 of a person on RNA virus replication and application thereof. In particular, two overall-length code area (CDS) sequences of the autophagy-related genes ATG10 of the person, control region sequences (involving but not limited to a promoter sequence, a first intron sequence, a second intron sequence, a third intron sequence and a fourth intron sequence) of the overall-length code area (CDS) sequences and two ATG10 protein molecules ATG10-L and ATG10-S are used as target spots or target objects, wherein the two ATG10 protein molecules ATG10-L and ATG10-S are translated by two coded sequences of the autophagy-related genes ATG10 and comprise sequence analogs, microRNAs and the like; a new RNA-virus-resisting protein medicine and related new products are researched and developed through genetic manipulation, screening, pronucleus and eukaryotic cell gene expressions and the like. A candidate compound of the new RNA-virus-resisting medicine with a new effecting target spot is researched and developed by screening compounds capable of controlling two ATG10 protein difference expressions. |
