Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for extracting selenium cordyceps essence. The method is characterized by comprising the following extracting steps: (a) drying and processing selenium cordyceps; (b) crushing the dried and processed selenium cordyceps; (c) extracting the crushed selenium cordyceps in a regurgitation manner; (d) spray drying the selenium cordyceps which is extracted in the regurgitation manner; (e) vacuum packing the dried selenium cordyceps. According to the method for extracting the selenium cordyceps essence, a solvent auxiliary ultrasound two-step hot reflux extraction method is used, so that effective components in the selenium cordyceps are more sufficiently extracted, and the extraction rate of selenium reaches more than 90%; the solvent auxiliary ultrasound two-step hot reflux extraction method optimizes the extraction time, so that the extraction time is greatly shortened by more than 2/3 when compared with that of the traditional method; the extraction temperature is below 60 DEG C, so that the method has a protection effect on effective components in medicinal materials which are unstable when being heated and are easy to hydrolyze or oxidize, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced. |
