A high-horsepower rotary tiller is used to perform moderate deep tillage; according to specific requirements, a, strip ridges are smashed under a tilling width of 80-200 cm and a depth of 30-40 cm; b, smashed ridge cultivation is performed every 15-20 m at the edge of a forage grass planting area, and soil of each smashed ridge is 10-12 cm off the land; the bottom of each loose soil ditch is U shaped, leading to convenient water storage and protection; meanwhile, measures such as establishment of guide channels, mulching, forage grass planting and forage grass management are taken, water-soil balance is kept for grassland areas, yield of forage grass is increased, and the development of animal husbandry is improved finally. The method is of great significance to improvement in economic and ecologic benefits of the grassland areas.
