The touch panel device comprises a front frame, a panel, a touch module and a buffer piece, wherein the front frame comprises a side wall and a front shielding part which extends inwards from the front end of the side wall; the panel comprises a side surface which is spaced from the front shielding part and is connected with the side wall, and an upper surface which faces to the front shielding part; the buffer piece is attached onto the upper surface, close to the side surface, of the panel; the touch module comprises touch glass which is overlaid on the buffer piece and a touch assembly which is fixedly arranged on the touch glass, wherein the touch assembly is downwards pressed by the front shielding part to enable the touch module to be clamped between the buffer piece and the front frame and thus be fixed.
