The compound electrode comprises a first part comprising conductive metal and a second part comprising tungsten alloy; the second part and the first part are jointed along the length direction of the compound electrode; the second part comprises a machining tail end which is away from the first part and is used for machining a workpiece. The invention also relates to a machining device comprising the compound electrode and a machining method using the compound electrode. The compound electrode is wear-resistant.
