Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a recovery method for waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers. The recovery method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, cleaning impurities in the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers to obtain the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers to be recovered; then injecting warm water into a waste filter dissolving machine, then adding acetic acid and boric acid and stirring until the acetic acid and boric acid are dissolved; finally, throwing the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers to be recovered into the waste fiber dissolving machine, heating and stirring until the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers to be recovered are dissolved to obtain a solution of the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers, and filtering the solution of the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers to obtain a recovered polyvinyl alcohol solution. Through the method disclosed by the invention, the waste polyvinyl alcohol fibers can be converted into the polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the polyvinyl alcohol solution can be returned and used in
