A clock pulse signal is in wireless connection with decoding output of a counter circuit; the decoding output of the counter circuit is connected with a diode network and an LED indicator lamp; the diode network and the LED indicator lamp are connected with an in-phase/reverse-phase driving circuit; the in-phase/reverse-phase driving circuit is connected with a switch selection circuit; the switch selection circuit is connected with a precise resistance network; a power supply is used for respectively supplying power to electric equipment. The simple and reliable numerical control resistance box has the beneficial effects that selection of the precise resistance network is achieved through normal reliable integrated chips, so that different resistance values under different demands are obtained, the selection of digital resistance is achieved through a button switch, the operation is reliable, and the cost is low.
