The speed changing part comprises an input shaft, a first-level planetary gear train, a second-level planetary gear train, a first-level normally-opened clutch, a second-level normally-closed clutch, a first-level brake and a first output shaft. The swinging arm part comprises a second-level planetary gear train, a third-level planetary gear train, a third-level normally-opened clutch, a second-level brake, a third-level brake and a second output shaft. A deforming device comprises a wheel body and an unfolding part. The wheel body comprises a first base frame, a second base frame, an inner wheel, an outer wheel, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, a first clutch, a second clutch and a hub cap. The deforming part is placed between the first base frame and the second base frame and comprises a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame, a connecting rod and a driven wheel.
