Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a copper-clad aluminum alloy composite wire and a production method thereof. The copper-clad aluminum alloy composite wire is formed by composition of a metallic aluminum alloy core layer and a metallic copper cladding layer. Surfaces of the metallic aluminum alloy core layer and the metallic copper cladding layer are bonded with each other through metallurgy. The area percentage of copper to aluminum alloy of the wire cross section is 5-16%. The aluminum alloy comprises, by weight, 0.2-0.6% of magnesium, 0.2-0.6% of silicon, not larger than 0.1% of Zn (zinc), smaller than 0.005% of manganese and 0.4-0.7% of RE (rare earth), with the balance being aluminum and a small amount of impurities. The RE refers to mixed rare earth elements, and one or more of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium and neodymium are usually adopted. The production method includes the steps of aluminum alloy core extrusion, cladding and welding, diameter shrinkage, combination wiredrawing and coating. |
