Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an on-line real-time measurement system for precision assembly. The on-line real-time measurement system comprises a servo mechanism, a starting voltage and friction moment generation unit and a precision assembly measuring apparatus mounted in a matched manner sequentially from bottom to top, and the precision assembly measuring apparatus acquires corresponding technical parameters and kinetic parameters respectively from the servo mechanism and the starting voltage and friction moment generation unit and measures the technical parameters and kinetic parameters. The on-line real-time measurement system for precision assembly can overcome the defects of large assembly error, difficulty in product quality guarantee, high production cost and the like in the prior art, and has the advantages of small assembly error, reliable product quality and low production cost.
