Elevator control method and system

The invention discloses an elevator control method and system. The method comprises the first step of obtaining the spacing distance between a user side and an elevator side, the second step of obtaining the moving speed of a user arriving at the elevator side, the third step of pre-calculating the time required by the user for arriving at the elevator side according to the moving speed and the spacing distance, and the fourth step of transmitting an elevator calling control instruction to an elevator on the elevator side to control operation of the elevator and reserving the elevator for the user if the pre-calculated time meets a preset elevator calling condition. By means of the elevator control method and system, the time for waiting for the elevator can be shortened, and the elevator calling efficiency and user experience are improved.
