Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a deep sedation closed-loop control method and system. The method includes the steps: a closed-loop feedback system monitors information about sedation depth of a patient in real time and transmits the information to a master control system in real time; the master control system performs sedation depth calculation on the received information and compares a sedation depth calculation result with a sedation depth threshold; if the sedation depth calculation result is smaller than the sedation depth threshold, the master control system controls a sedation administration system to administrate a drug; if the sedation depth calculation result is larger than the sedation depth threshold, the master control system starts a patient resuscitation system to forcibly resuscitate a patient.
