The soybean phospholipid soft capsule consists of inclusion and a capsule shell, wherein the inclusion comprises fish oil, soybean phospholipid, vitamin E and cera alba. Fish oil, soybean phospholipid, vitamin E and cera alba are selected as the contents of the soybean phospholipid soft capsule and are synergized, so that the stabilities of the soybean phospholipid soft capsule in the aspects of phosphatidylcholine, effective components which are EPA and DHA, acid value, the content of peroxide value, disintegration time limit and hardness, can be improved, and the problem of oil leakage which exists commonly in the field can be solved. Furthermore, the soybean phospholipid soft capsule is convenient and safe since soybean phospholipid and fish oil can be taken at the same time.
