Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition which exhibits excellent stability and excellent adhesion to a base such as a polyolefin resin base and forms a good coating film, while being free from safety problems and being useful in applications as coating materials, primers, inks, adhesives, heat sealing agents and the like. The present invention provides a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition which contains an alpha-olefin oxide represented by general formula (1) and/or an alpha, omega-olefin oxide represented by general formula (2). (In formulae, m represents an integer of 3-26, and n represents an integer of 2-28.)
