Digital TV set-top box signal processing method and device

The invention relates to the field of electronic communication and provides a digital TV set-top box signal processing method and device. The signal processing method comprises the steps that power spectrums of cable television signals are read, and obtained by carrying out full-band sampling on the cable television signals; whether power spectrums of channels of the cable television signals meet the preset condition is judged, and the preset condition is determined according to power spectrum features of the channels bearing the digital television signals; if the power spectrum features of the channels of the cable television signals do not meet the preset condition, parameters of filters are set according to frequency of the channels. According to the signal processing method and device, for different use modes of the channels of the cable television signal in all self-adaptive regions, configuration of the filters can be carried out automatically.
