The method includes the steps of a, determining two known points A and B in a local coordinate system; b, connecting the points A and B into a straight line L; c, acquiring coordinate points A' and B' of the points A and B in a WGS84 (world geodetic system 1984) coordinate system by a GPS; d, connecting the points A' and B' into a straight line L'; e, calculating an included angle of the straight line L and the straight line L', namely a deviation angle of the local coordinate system and the WGS84 coordinate system; f, shifting the acquired GPS coordinates according to the deviation angle calculated in the step e in order to transform the GPS coordinates into local coordinates.
