Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a titanium dioxide based composite thin film with a classified nano point structure. A titanium dioxide nano point layer and a photosensitive semi-conductor nano point layer are arranged on a substrate from bottom to up in sequence. A sol-gel method is used for preparing the titanium dioxide based composite thin film with the classified nano point structure and comprises the following steps: spin coating a titanium dioxide precursor sol on the substrate; annealing and drying to obtain the dioxide nano point layer on the substrate; spin coating a photosensitive semi-conductor precursor sol on the dioxide nano point layer; annealing and drying to obtain the titanium dioxide based composite thin film with the classified nano point structure.
