Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an all-chromium-free, passivated, colourized and galvanized steel plate and a manufacturing method of the all-chromium-free, passivated, colourized and galvanized steel plate, wherein the manufacturing method of the all-chromium-free, passivated, colourized and galvanized steel plate comprises the following steps: dissolving dyes in all-chromium-free passivation solution; coating the surface of the galvanized steel plate by the all-chromium-free passivation solution dissolved with the dyes; and processing the all-chromium-free passivation solution on the surface of the galvanized steel plate so as to form an all-chromium-free, colourized and passivated film on the surface of the galvanized steel plate.
