According to the method, lavender polyphenol crude extract is obtained with ethanol as a solvent according to the steps of extracting, pump filtration and rotary evaporation with the aid of ultrasonic waves, and then the lavender polyphenol is obtained according to the steps of separation and purification by macroporous resin, vacuum concentration and vacuum freeze-drying. The key of the extraction method lies in the extraction with the aid of ultrasonic waves (with 50-100W power at the temperature 64-77 DEG C for 30-42 minutes) and the selection and control of conditions during microporous resin HP-20 separation. Based on the method, the consumption of the solvent is reduced, and the extraction rate of polyphenol is improved. |
