Comfortable infant underwear fabric

The invention discloses comfortable infant underwear fabric comprising a fabric body and an aftertreatment process thereof. The fabric body is interwoven from warp yarn and weft yarn, the warp yarn is natural cotton fiber and pineapple leaf fiber blended yarn, the weft yarn is mulberry silk fiber and soybean fiber blended yarn, and all fibers include, by weight, 60-65% of natural cotton fibers, 8-12% of pineapple leaf fibers, 15-20% of bamboo fibers and 8-12% of soybean fibers. The aftertreatment process of the fabric body includes flexible fabric treatment. By the means, the fabric has good biocompatibility and is beneficial to maintenance of normal heat and moisture balance of infant bodies as well as evaporation of water of infant skin, so that a function of skin temperature regulation is guaranteed and skin metabolism is benefited.
