Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a low-warpage carbon fiber enhanced PCT/polyester alloy and a preparation method thereof. The alloy is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-30% of PCT, 35-55% of polyester, 0.5-1.5% of polyester nucleating agent, 10-30% of carbon fiber, 3-10% of flexibilizer, 0.5-1% of antioxidant, and 0.5-1% of lubricant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the PCT, polyester, poly ester nucleating agent, flexibilizer, antioxidant, and lubricant in a high speed mixer for 3-5 minutes, then adding the mixture into the first section cylinder of a dual-screw extruder, then adding carbon fibers into the fourth section cylinder of the dual-screw extruder, and finally carrying out extrusion granulating under a rotation speed of 1050-1200 rpm at the temperature of 245 to 255 DEG C so as to obtain the low-warpage carbon fiber enhanced PCT/polyester alloy having the advantages of high mechanical performance, short moulding period, and good product appeara
