Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to low-cost medium-high-strength corrosion-resistant titanium alloy and a processing method thereof. The alloy is characterized by comprising the following alloy components in percentage by weight: 3.5%-4.5% of Al, 2.0%-3.0% of V, 1.2%-1.8% of Fe, 0.20%-0.30% of O, a platinum family element (0.04%-0.08% of Pd, 0.12%-0.25% of Ru or 0.08%-0.14% of Rh) and the balance of Ti, wherein other impurity elements comprise not more than 0.08% of C, not more than 0.03% of N and not more than 0.015% of H. According to the alloy, the preparation cost of the novel alloy is reduced by more than 30% in comparison with that of TC4 alloy as low-cost Fe and TiO2 and low-grade sponge titanium are selected and used and recovered TC4 residues are added; by adding the platinum family element (Pd, Ru or Rh), the corrosion resistance of the alloy is equivalent to that of TA9 and TA10, but the mechanical property is much better than that of pure titanium; the novel alloy subjected to heat treatment is better than
