Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a production method of kumquat essential oil, belonging to the technical field of deep processing of kumquats. The production method of the kumquat essential oil comprises thefollowing steps of cleaning kumquat peel, putting the kumquat peel in hardening liquid, taking out and putting the kumquat peel under ultraviolet light to irradiate for 10-15 min, and then, squeezingby putting the kumquat peel in a squeezer to obtain squeezed solution containing the kumquat peel; adding sodium chloride into the squeezed solution containing the kumquat peel, mixing, and standing;putting supernatant in a refrigerator at 5-8 DEG C for 4-5 days; and distilling the supernatant obtained in the fourth step at 80-90 DEG C with the vacuum degree of 0-0.01 MPa, thereby obtaining the kumquat essential oil. The kumquat essential oil produced by using the production method of the kumquat essential oil is high in yield and few in impurity.
