Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel formula of a high-thixotropy emulsion coating containing glass fiber micropowder. The glass fiber micropowder with a specific length-diameter ratio is added into the emulsion coating; the emulsion coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: (a) 35%-40% of polymer emulsion, (b) 35%-40% of inorganic fillers, (c) 0%-0.2% of a thickener, (d) 0.5%-5% of glass fiber micropowder with specific length-diameter ratio of (20: 1) to (30: 1), (d) 0%-2% of other assistant and (e) 20%-25% of purified water. According to the formula, the emulsion coating is filled and modified with the glass fiber micropowder with the specific length-diameter ratio, so that the stability and thixotropy of the emulsion coating are remarkably improved; the formula can be widely used in emulsion coatings of polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylate, styrene-acrylic resin and the like, and the processing, storage and transport performance and brushing performance of the emulsion coating |
